Blossom County is a group housing project built by Logix infrastructure Pvt Ltd, a group company of Logix group under the aegis of Noida authority governed by Infrastructure and Industrial Development Department of Uttar Pradesh Government.The residential complex comprises of 18 high rise towers. The basement parking as well as open parking has been provided all around the towers with neat and clean driveways.

Who We Are?

Logix Blossom County Apartment Owners Association, Sector 137, Noida was formed as per provision of Uttar Pradesh Apartment (Promotion of Construction, Ownership and Maintenance) Act 2010 and registered with Deputy Registrar Firms, Societies & Chit on 15-Sep-2021. Logix Blossom County Apartment Owners Association is always available to hear the suggestions, complaints and feedback of our residents and committed to support them in possible manner.

The prime benefits of Apartment Owners Association are listed as below:

1. The Apartment Owners Association (AOA) represents the interests and protects the rights of the property owners. It is also responsible for providing valuable services like maintenance of common areas, enforcing society regulations and working towards the residents' welfare through special initiatives or events.
2. The Apartment Owners Association not only has the right to maintain the facilities available in the apartment, but also has legal powers to protect its members and defend legal action raised against the association.

Apartment Owners Association as Arbitrator: Arbitration is a technique for resolution of disputes among members of the association or residents in the apartment. There may be internal matters in the apartment that need to be resolved or the apartment owner association may have disputes which may require legal intervention. In such cases, the apartment owner association can act as an arbitrator between members or residents in the apartment and help to resolve disputes outside court.

1. Power to Recover the Maintenance Fee Provisions are made in the by-laws of the association for collecting the maintenance charges, once complete handover is given to LBCAOA.

2. The Apartment Owners Association not only has the right to maintain the facilities available in the apartment, but also has legal powers to protect its members and defend legal action raised against the association.
